The weather was not perfect nor was it very warm, however it was a good opportunity to continue the renovations. The building had been sinking into the ground as the sill beam has completely decomposed. It needs to be lifted, leveled and a pier and beam foundation installed before we move forward with anything else. The process is tedious and not text book, so it goes a little slow.
